INTRODUCTION

Allow me to introduce myself and give you a brief history background. My name is Daniel Breeding AKA DJ Redhairs. I’m the owner of SmoothRed Entertainment LLC!!! I been DJing, putting on shows in bars, country clubs, restaurants, karaoke, and doing weddings since 2005 with other companies all over the Delmarva area. Venues I played at are; Irish Eyes, The Greene Turtle, Tom Foolery’s, Irish Mikes, The Lex, The Woodshed, Marinoes, Coyotes, F-Town, Ice Lounge, Smitty McGees, Wolfies, Sheridan’s Irish Pub, Celtic Pub, Stones, Seheldan’s 313 just to name a few. I enjoy being a host of the show. I pay attention to the crowd and see what they like and see what gets them into it. I always wondered why I only got a slice of the money when I can collect the whole amount since I put on the shows anyways. I chased my dreams, got a business license, business cards, and opened up my own company. Bought about 9,000 dollars worth of equipment all brand new. I have 2 2015 JBL PRX 715’s concert speakers with both having built in amps. 1 Macbook Pro for Djing with a Serato package high processor for track loading, 1 samsung lap top for downloading music and karaoke, producing and making beats, song writing, live feeds and recording, 2 hard drives for music and karaoke storage. A Numark Mixer with turn tables, a 12 channel studio board for electric guitars, keyboards, to plug in etc. 2 wireless 2000 series microphones for karaoke and song recording. A bar light with a stinger laser light!! The sky’s the limit now. SmoothRed Entertainment LLC is on a whole new level than just playing music for a crowd. I go beyond what a DJ does when it comes to pleasing my customers. By having ten years of experience in the business I came up with several ways to really get people loving there days off. WHAT MY COMPANY OFFERS

1. LIVE MUSIC DJ PARTY SERVICES AND/OR INSTANT REQUEST. Most DJ’s do not like taking live instant requests. I love doing that. Playing any genre and any variety of music at any time. It is an awesome challenge and gets everyone involved. The last hour of the DJ Party I usually close the request lines and get them dancing. The only time I don’t play instant request is if I have a contract that has been made asking not to do that or the one I was hired to play the music for don’t want it done. My music library starts back in the 1700’s and I download brand new stuff every week. Having close to 14,000 songs. My music is paid for and I do not bootleg because of privacy laws. I do outdoor parties, BBQ’s, family reunions, graduation parties and what ever is needed for music I’m there. Outside events maybe canceled due to weather conditions. DJ services are also part of the SmoothRed Lotto that is held once a year see contest rules in OFFER 11.

2. KARAOKE/LIP SYNC BATTLE. You know how that goes they sing, you listen while putting them into a rotation. It’s always fun and entertaining. I also do Karaoke/Lip Sync contests that last up to 6 weeks if you are interested. It brings in more crowds knowing there is a prize involved to a first place winner. 3 winners a night, 1 night a week for 5 weeks and on the 6th week is the finals. Where all 15 winners come in and compete singing 2 songs they choose and 1 song the judges choose. I’m one of the judges and there will be two other judges picked out. We choose 3 winners based on a scale from, how well they sing the songs, how much the crowd loved it, and voice control. For the first 5 weeks anyone can sing and people who have already won in the top three can not win again but can sing for practice and people who just wanna sing and not be put in the contest can sing also. On the 6th week only people that were put into the finals can sing.

3. TRIVIA NIGHT. Trivia nights are usually a good idea for slower days. Good way to get the families involved also. Takes up to 3-4 hours. Real easy, real simple. Prizes are passed out and/or gift cards. People get into teams and I pass out question sheets. I give out questions and give them a minute to answer. During that 1 minute of pause I play a song. I ask 10 questions a category with 10 different categories. The closes team to 100% wins the trivia night. I keep an eye on cheaters because some people like to use google so I have to make sure they are not cheating.

4. CHARITY EVENTS. I donate my time and do charity events. For a small fee or no charge but you would have to contact me and let me know if I’m not already booked. Outside events may be canceled depending on weather conditions. Depending on distance there may be a traveling fee. You must call at least 3 weeks in advanced in order to book a charity event.

5. WEDDINGS. Time to tie that knot and say I do. You must book the wedding at least 2 months in advance and no longer than 1 year. I must sit down in a meeting somewhere with the bride and groom and/or wedding planner a minimum of 2 months before the wedding going over the details of the wedding, what songs to be played, the color scheme and what schedule to follow. I have done a lot of weddings almost everyone of them have been different. I have to make sure timing is right for that special day and communication is a must. For example a wedding I done in 2009. I received over 50 plus e mails of what was changing and how, when and why they changed it just because the bride didn’t like something. Still to this day they were real excited about there special day and couldn’t thank me enough for my patients. There is a minimum of 150 dollar deposit for all weddings and it’s non-refundable. You must pay the deposit before the wedding is officially locked in on the calendar.

6. TALENT SHOWS. Everyone has a talent and by holding a contest to see who has the best talent is always fun and exciting. It can be a one night event with the top 3 winners or a contest that last up to 6 weeks. For the first 5 weeks you pick 10 winners each week. On the 6th week all the 50 top finalist show off there stuff and there is one winner. Each contestant only has 3 minutes or less to show off there talent. There are 3 judges me and 2 other people of your company’s choosing. Once someone has already won they can not win again but can watch the other talents. This a really fun and really exciting event for everyone. Brings in a good supporting crowd to cheer on there contestants. It should be planned at least month ahead of time to get the word out.

7. EVENT PLANNER. Want to have an event and you want me to host it. I do all the work for you. Finding a good spot, getting the permits if necessary. You must call me for your ideas, to have it as a private or public event, when, where, how and why. I go from there. Must be talked about and planned at least 2 months in advance due to making tickets, flyers, invitations and/or getting the word out! Must have at least a minimum of a 200 dollar deposit which is non refundable. Outside events maybe canceled due to bad weather. A lot goes into planning an event. You must have a sit down meeting and talk over all the information and contract for the event. For more details just give me a call a lot goes into it that is just the basics. That way I do it all for you and get it up and running. All you have to do is lift your cell phone.

8. STUDIO TIME USAGE AND TALENT SEARCHES. There are people out there who can sing and want to chase there dreams. I put together the best quality tracks for your singing voice or rapping voice. Once we discuss pricing and laying your tracks down. I then go to the local radio stations and or other local artist and connections to see if we can use your best singles on the radio and book places depending on how you sing / rap. I am a talented writer and will ghost write songs when I hear your voice! I do any genre and any style of music!!

9. SMOOTHRED VOUCHERS. SmoothRed vouchers are for people who have recommended me to do a wedding or a birthday party gift from me to you that are on the fan page. Birthday party vouchers or discount vouchers are only for DJ parties in OFFER 1.

10. ORDER A DJ REDHAIRS MIX. I know put together mixes to sell. If you are interested in buying one for a party, to play at your store or even in your car. Give me a call or text. The coolest thing about this is you select the songs you want in your mix. Contact me for details!!

11. THE SMOOTHRED LOTTO.

Once a year a have a lotto drawing giving a free 4 hour DJ Party to one of my lucky fans. To sign up all you have to like the fan page SmoothRed Entertainment LLC

RULES

1. It's not for a wedding or wedding receptions, Karaoke, trivia nights, just strictly a 4 hour DJ live music mixing. Only applies for SmoothRed offer 1 in the SmoothRed handbook.

2. You must live with in a 50 mile radius of the 13/113 split in Dover De to get the party for free. If you don't then you must pay travel expenses but you will still get the free 4 hrs.

3. There is only one winner and the contest is not rigged. There will be a live video showing all the names and me doing the drawing so you can witness it yourself. The video will be uploaded on SmoothRed Entertainment LLC fan page on Facebook. If you won then you will get an e-mail, iMessage, FB messenger or phone call. You don’t have to book right away. It is first call first serve booking.

4. If you win you can choose to give the free gig to who ever you want but you must contact me in and tell me who it is and they must contact me before the expiration day. It can only be passed off to one person and only once. They can not already own a DJ company or Entertainment business. They must be over 18.

5. The winner must use the free DJ party before 12/30 the end of that year. You can only win once in that year.

6. It is only for 4 free hours if you want me to stay additional hours there is an hourly fee.

7. If you own or operate your own DJ services or entertainment company you are automatically eliminated from the contest. No disrespect intended but I'm not throwing your parties. It's the reason you join the business and I want to be fair to my fans that don't get the opportunity to afford a DJ.

8. If you won in the past you can not be in the contest drawing until the following year. If you never use or give away your free DJ Party you will never be in the contest again!!! You are allowed to decline the winnings before the expiration date and be put back into the next contest in the following year.

9. If you are on the fan page and don't wanna be in the contest you must let me know asap but no later than one day before the contest.

10. You can only use it for SmoothRed Offer 1 from the SmoothRed Handbook.

CONCLUSION

I’ve always done the first call, first serve booking. You must give me at least a 24 hour notice to book anything and at least 5 days to cancel anything. I have fair and unbeatable rates. If you have giving me a co-pay and you have canceled the event it is non-refundable. Outside events are always weather permitted. I will give your deposit back if the outside event got hit with bad weather before the event started. If I already set up and got started your deposit will be non-refundable. If I cancel which has only happen a few times. I will give you your deposit back along with a free 4 hour DJ Party on top of that. “SmoothRed Entertainment LLC will not apologize for the action and excitement brought upon a crowd or loud music and extreme dancing.
